Terra Clean, a wholly owned subsidiary of Indian Oil Corporation, has issued a request for proposal (RFP) for the land aggregation of an interstate transmission system (ISTS)-connected 300 MW solar project in Morena, Madhya Pradesh. The project site is located in the vicinity of the 220 kV Morena ISTS substation. The tender also includes a greenshoe option for an additional 300 MW capacity. Bids must be submitted by September 10, 2025. Bids will be opened on the same day. Bidders must submit an earnest money deposit (EMD) of #853,134 (Approx 9,920.16 Dollars), which can be submitted through a bank guarantee.The scope of work includes land aggregation and related works to enable the development of solar projects near the identified ISTS substation.
