Terra Clean Ltd (TeCL) is in the process of establishing its Power Trading Facility, leveraging the strong institutional backing of Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. TeCL plans to participate in India's competitive power markets as a licensed inter-state power trader under the regulatory framework of the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC). TeCL will facilitate trading on major Indian power exchanges, enabling efficient power procurement for commercial and industrial customers.
As a clean energy company, TeCL will place special emphasis on trading in Green Market Segments, Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) and supporting RPO compliance for obligated entities, furthering India's transition to a sustainable energy future.
